Computing

On-demand availability of computing resources. This allows users to access computing power, storage and databases without the need to maintain physical data centres and servers. Includes instance sizing.
Chat bot

Number of deployed instances

The maximum number of application instances that can run simultaneously on the platform.

Request rate limits

The maximum number of requests a customer can make per second. This measures the interval between requests from each IP address, with requests counted per account.
Video Express

DNS white labelling

Feature allows for consistent branding in communications by using a custom DNS.
Interlocking chat bubbles

Cross-regional failover

This provides resiliency by switching traffic to a secondary region in case of failure, which ensures disaster recovery through asynchronous replication across different infrastructure regions.

Secrets management

Users can inject sensitive data (e.g. passwords) into projects securely without creating vulnerabilities.

Application logs

Ability to view and check all logs produced by applications.

Metrics

Ability to expose standard Prometheus metrics and use managed Grafana to define custom analytics dashboards and alerts (coming late 2024).
Global

Regionalisation

This ensures that data-at-rest remains physically within a specified geographical area. Services available in the U.S., APAC and EU.

Key-value store (capacity MB)

Key-value storage accessible via API, supporting primary data structures like key-value pairs and hash tables.

Queuing

Feature allows users to place serialised messages onto a reliable queue for asynchronous service-to-service communications. This ensures fair usage and manages bandwidth, timing and buffer space.

Scheduler (number of scheduled jobs)

Distributed scheduler available through API for jobs execution.
